The representations made over the website are for the information purpose which may change over time. Also, the images shown over the website are for representation purpose and may differ from the colours, shapes, sizes, specifications of the products delivered. The users are well advised to do their independent due diligence on them.

The product/services offered over this site are without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied and Diamond India Ltd disclaims all or any of them to the fullest extent. Diamond India Ltd does not warrant that the products/services offered will be error-free, or that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are or will be free of viruses or other harmful components.

Under no circumstances whatsoever shall Diamond India Ltd be liable for any loss of data, lost profits or any damages whatsoever including, without limiting, any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, reputational or other damages that result from the use of or inability to use the products/ services offered by the website. In no event shall Diamond India Ltd be liable to the user for any or all damages, losses, and causes of action (including but not limited to, negligence) exceeding the amount paid by the user to Diamond India Ltd for that specific service/product.

Precondition

By placing order at www.diamondindia.net, you are agreeing with the terms & conditions below. Therefore, please read all terms and conditions below very carefully. Diamond India reserves the rights to add, edit or remove any of the terms and conditions without any prior notice.

Availability of Products

We (Diamond India Ltd) shall deliver the products as per the details/specifications given on the order form by the user. However, in case of non-availability, we may deliver a similar/alternate product and it shall not be deemed as bad delivery. We reserve rights to add or remove or alter any product offering without any prior notice.

Order processing time

Orders will be processed on best effort basis. The order processing days & delivery days are in terms of working days only. Weekends Saturday/Sunday, Holidays & National holidays will remain excluded from delivery timeline. The users may keep the same in mind while placing the orders. Although Diamond India Ltd. shall try to meet the delivery schedule as agreed, any delayed/ early delivery for whatever reason shall not entitle the user for any damages or compensation from Diamond India Ltd.

Delivery/Shipping Area

Currently, delivery of products purchased on this website will be in India only, subject to logistics facility.

Product Pricing

We reserve absolute rights to modify the pricing norm of any of the products, with or without any prior notice.

Charges

Charges will include product/service price, taxes, delivery charges, insurance etc which will be paid by the user upfront before shipment. Local charges as applicable are to be paid by customers, in addition to the total order amount paid.

Offers & Promotions

We reserve absolute rights to start/modify/cancel any of the promotional offer, discount or activity, with or without any prior notice.

Shipment Carrier

We reserve absolute rights to use/choose/change any of the shipment carrier/shipping agency for delivery order parcels to customer locations.

Deliveries

We shall deliver the product to you or your authorised representative against identification & acknowledgement. In case you do not produce the necessary identification documents, your order will be cancelled at your cost. 

If due to any reason you decline to accept the delivery, no request for return/ refund/exchange/ chargeback will be entertained.  

While we take due care at the time of delivery to deliver the product to the correct person at the address on the order form, we disclaim any responsibility for claims, damages, and/or compensation for wrong deliveries.

Returns and Refunds

You should check the product while taking delivery. After acceptance of delivery of the product, we shall not entertain any returns or refund request.
